The best air fryer tortilla pizza comes together in less than 15 minutes. Tomato sauce, goat cheese, and fresh chives on a fresh wheat tortilla air fried to become a delicious snack or a light lunch.

  • 1 Air Fryer Ninja XL

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large wheat tortilla
  • 2-3 Tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 ounce goat cheese or few Tablespoons
  • 4 cheery tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil
  • 5 sprigs green chives, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Lay a wheat tortilla in the bottom of your air fryer basket.
  • Add dry basil, crumbles of goat cheese, sliced tomatoes and chopped chives on top.
  • Air fry at 390°F for about 4-5 minutes or until the cheese softens and tomatoes look hot. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • spread the sauce leaving an edge
  • goat cheese does not melt like cows, it will soften and remain in crumbs on top of pizza.
