- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ teaspoon "amazing grass" powder
- 2 pressed chlorophyll pills optional
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened
- when using fresh fruits consider adding some ice for the chill effect.
