Papaya Green Smoothie

Papaya green smoothie combines papaya, banana, mango, spinach, coconut milk, and some super greens to become your favorite breakfast or a quick snack.

Equipment

  • 1 Vitamix blender or other blender
  • Measuring Cup
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen papaya or fresh
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ teaspoon "amazing grass" powder
  • 2 pressed chlorophyll pills optional
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • when using fresh fruits consider adding some ice for the chill effect.
  • follow the order when loading the blender: liquid, powdered greens, fresh greens and fresh fruits, frozen fruits.
  • blend first 30-40 seconds on medium speed followed by 30 second on high speed.
  • freeze any leftovers in ice cubes to add to your next smoothie.
