Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Pat dry chicken drumsticks with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon sweet paprika, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt , 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder , ½ teaspoon ground coriander , ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
In a large bowl, add 6-8 chicken drumsticks, 2 tablespoons olive oil and the seasoning mix. Massage with hands to evenly coat the chicken with oil and spices.
Place seasoned chicken drumsticks on a prepared baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes without flipping. The internal temperature should reach at least 175℉.
Once ready, take them out of the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

To store: transfer cooled down chicken into air tight container and store it in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.To reheat: you can reheat chicken drumsticks in the microwave, preheated oven or even in the air fryer.
