Air fryer radishes have quickly become my new, unexpected favorite vegetable to roast. Just slice raw red radishes, toss them in oil, and seasonings, and air fry for about 10-14 minutes or until until they’re as crispy as you like.
Pat dry trimmed radishes after washing. Slice them into ½ inch rounds. Toss them in 2 teaspoons avocado oil*, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs.
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F. Arranged seasoned radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them in batches if needed.
Air fry radishes for about 10-14 at 400°F, tossing them half way through the cooking time. If you want them be crispier, air fry them for about 18-20 minutes.
Optionally, drizzle them with honey and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese for serving.
Notes
Oil: you can also use olive oil or vegetable oil. They are great as it is, but we really love them with feta cheese, honey, or tossed in pesto. You can also squeeze some lemon juice on top for serving and sprinkle with some red pepper flakes.
