Nataliia
This air fryer roasted baby potatoes are ready in just 20 minutes with only a handful of simple ingredients. Halved baby potatoes, tossed in olive oil, salt, and a little bit of my simple homemade seasoning mix, come out of the air fryer perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the outside.

Equipment

  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • Air fryer I used Ninja XL

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, washed and dried well
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the baby potatoes in half. For larger ones, quarter them. Place them in a large bowl
  • In a small bowl, add salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Add the seasoning mix, and oil to the potatoes. Mix until well coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes to 400*F. Add seasoned baby potatoes to the air fryer basket. Air fry them for about 16-20 minutes at 400℉ (air fry setting), tossing them every 5 minutes. The potatoes are ready when golden brown on top and fork tender. Sprinkle them with fresh herbs and enjoy.

Notes

You can use regular size potatoes, by cutting them into 4-6 pieces first.
You can roast the potatoes in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
