Air fryer sliced potatoes are seasoned to perfection and air-fried until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy them as a side dish, or top them with cheese, bacon, and chives for a delicious appetizer or a snack.
Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice each potato into ¼ inch thick slices. Pat dry each slice with a paper towel on both sides.
In a large bowl, add potato slices, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon sweet paprika, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Using hands, coat each slice into the seasoning and oil.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange sliced potatoes in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches. Air fry them at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip them and air fry for another 6-8 minutes or until browned and fork tender inside.
