Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt, plan, 5% fat
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine the ingredients. Taste the sauce and add more salt if needed.
  • Transfer the sauce into a jar and chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ingredient Substitutions: you can use dried instead of fresh. Also lime juice will work instead of lemon juice.
Make ahead: the sauce will last in the fridge for up to 7 days. You will need to stir it before serving as yogurt may separate.
