This easy mint Greek yogurt sauce is a great choice to serve with lamb, fish, or chicken. You'll just need the right amounts of Greek yogurt, garlic, chopped fresh mint, lemon, and seasonings, and only 10 minutes of your time to make this refreshing condiment.
In a medium bowl, add ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine the ingredients. Taste the sauce and add more salt if needed.
Transfer the sauce into a jar and chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ingredient Substitutions: you can use dried instead of fresh. Also lime juice will work instead of lemon juice. Make ahead: the sauce will last in the fridge for up to 7 days. You will need to stir it before serving as yogurt may separate.
